Zyntriq Dispatch came to us for a WordPress plugin. Here is what they needed and how the finished product works.
The Brief
Motus Labs needed a product site that sells, collects demo requests and lets a new customer start with a one-time $1 card verification. Copy and brand were locked, the payment spec was written for Next.js while the site was going to WordPress, and with real money on a live domain a forged webhook could never be allowed to mark anything paid.
What We Built
We built 12 marketing and conversion pages to the locked design system, with an animated homepage, and wrote Motus Payment from scratch: Stripe Checkout for a $1 charge, signature-checked webhooks for three events, success and failure pages, test and live modes and a payments log. Two consent checkboxes gate the payment, five legal pages link from every footer, and the launch moved the domain without any email downtime.

One-time Stripe Checkout charge, confirmed by the return trip and again by the webhook.
Every event is checked against the Stripe signature with a 5-minute window; anything else gets a 400.
Checkout will not start until both consent boxes, in the client’s own wording, are ticked.
Email, amount, status and Stripe IDs for every attempt, right in the WordPress admin.
Separate keys, price ID and webhook secret per mode, switched with one toggle.
Only the A records changed at go-live, so the company mailboxes never went down.
