Classic Liberals Australia came to us for a website & Custom plugin. Here is what they needed and how the finished product works.
The Brief
A new party needed a site that could carry a large, growing policy library, and a way to take membership applications, review each one, reply at every stage and email the whole list, all run by a non-technical admin.
What We Built
We built the full website with a six-section structure, policies stored as structured records behind a paginated archive, and a state framework ready for national expansion. Alongside it we built a custom WordPress plugin with four database tables, two shortcode forms, a review workflow, seven client-editable email templates, group sending and an automatic newsletter. Both share the same navy and gold identity.

Applications move from pending to active or rejected, with the right branded email each time.
Seven templates stored in the database with merge tags, so the client can change the wording.
Publishing a post emails the whole list once, with four guards so it never sends twice.
A fresh security token at submit time, plus honeypot, timing check and per-IP throttle.
Email members, subscribers or both, filtered by state, deduplicated and fully logged.
