Project Overview
French et Voilà came to us for a WordPress plugin. Here is what they needed and how the finished product works.
The Brief
Each seasonal intake has dozens of course variants by subject, grade, format, class type and price. Building the listing and course pages by hand took weeks every season and went stale as soon as a price or schedule changed.
What We Built
We built a custom WordPress plugin that powers two program pages and every course detail page from course records. A tab-filtered grid shows the courses, and a nine-step wizard narrows the choice one question at a time, then prices it live from the course record. Payments go through PayPal or Interac e-transfer, and enrolments are saved in a dedicated table with editable email templates.

Opened from a course page, the wizard already knows the course, its length and rate.

The client rewords admin and parent emails using merge tags, no code needed.
