Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in web design, development, or digital marketing services.About Us:

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive with experience in the web design and development industry to help drive our company’s growth.Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for web design, development, and digital marketing services.
  • Conduct on-call sales and warm calling to prospective clients, building rapport and identifying client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track sales activities.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regularly update clients on project status, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the web design, development, and/or digital marketing industry.
  • Experience in on-call sales and warm calling to engage potential clients.
  • Strong understanding of web development services and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
