We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive with experience in the web design and development industry to help drive our company’s growth.Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for web design, development, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct on-call sales and warm calling to prospective clients, building rapport and identifying client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and understanding of their needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
- Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track sales activities.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regularly update clients on project status, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the web design, development, and/or digital marketing industry.
- Experience in on-call sales and warm calling to engage potential clients.
- Strong understanding of web development services and client needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
